📦 Fulfillment Time

Once your order is placed, we’ll get straight to work!
Our production time typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days for apparel and standard items
  • During peak seasons or sales, this may extend slightly

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships.

🌍 Shipping Time & Rates

Shipping times depend on your location. Below are average estimates:

UK & EU 5–10 business days
Rest of World 7–20 business days

Please note: shipping times are in addition to fulfillment times.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

🌐 International Orders

We ship globally!
However, international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in your country. These are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.

📬 Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

If your order seems delayed or lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date so we can assist you.
