We’re here to ensure you’re happy with your purchase — but since every product is made to order, there are a few things you should know.


Made to Order — Just for You

All PRINTKORE items are custom printed on demand, meaning they are made especially for you once you place an order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Dislike of design after delivery

Please double-check your sizing and design choices before completing your order. If you need help, feel free to reach out before buying!


Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ve got your back.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your order number
  • A short description of the problem

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send you a replacement or full refund — at no extra cost.


Refund Window

Refunds and replacements are only available for:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Claims made within 7 days of receiving your order

Outside of these situations, we cannot issue refunds.


Refund Process

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear in your account
